I bought this because my back hurts as I get older. It's not thick so I don't sweat. The elasticity is strong and the size is good. It seems like it would fit well for a waist size of about 34 inches.

Order one size smaller if you like it to be quite tight; if it's not a light pressure, I chose my size and it fits snugly but doesn't apply much pressure as it's not elastic.
