At TRENDORA, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side (wrong or defective item sent).
